I don't really know what all the complaints are with aquatic connection. I just received my livestock and everything came expected and very well packaged for being in a box and styrofoam. I only received one sea cucumber DOA with no complaints since I only needed one and received three. The corals are beautiful, the feather dusters and very active, and the crustaceans are already working on my tank. I am definitely going to order from these guys again. The staff was respectful and answered all of my questions.
