The Krup Law Group February 7, 2011
I would like to post this letter on the Better Business Bureau site. As soon as I am given instructions how to do so, it will be posted. If you have a site that you would like to post the letter, please do so. Your firm has taken several negative remarks and I would like for others to know, that if they follow your instructions and keep your firm abreast of all incoming correspondence positive results will occur.
I wanted to express my appreciation to The Krup Law Group for resolving my mortgage dilemma. Your firm has relieved me of my dilemma by forcing my mortgage company (Bank of America) to make-good on the offer that was offered. As a part of society and like most feeling the “crunch” of the recession and paying my monthly home mortgage became a nightmare. Unless you have been in this situation, you cannot image what one goes through trying to deal with a high ranking mortgage company such as Bank of America (BoA). What was supposed to be a three month trial period turned out to be a yearlong event, causing me he**. When I started the program I as on time with all my payments, however, like most I foreseen the trouble arising in paying my mortgage.
While waiting for BoA to notify me of my status for my Home Loan Modification (HLM). I began to receive Letters of Intent to Accelerate Foreclosure. I enrolled in the BoA HLMP in 12/2009. After being “dragged” around for a year, I sought out the help of The Krup Law Group in 9/2010, to negotiate my loan modification against Bank of America. After submitting the required paperwork and following their instructions, checking my case status on a weekly basis, the group kept me abreast of my case standings. Within in five months 01/2011 I was approved my HML with Bank of American. The important factor is keeping The Krup Law Group informed of any and all correspondence received for your lender. Again, in closing I would like to convey my sincere thank you to all whom handled my case. However, I must give a special thank you to Mr. Mark Saraceno for going far and beyond to resolve the issues at hand and most importantly getting Fannie Mac involved which now has Bank of America under investigation for their wrong doing. I will forever be indebted to this gentleman and law firm.
The cost that was requested was well worth every penny.
