I had only one dealing with this company at one of their locations in Northridge. I was promised as a promotion in December that they would pay half of my cell phone bill as a courtesy. It took over two months and my phone was shut off and I still haven't been able to get it handled it. I had to pay the portion and a reactivation fee. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are liars. If this doesn't get resolved I will be filing a complaint on the grounds of fraud.
