I run a photography business and we frequently do tournaments and print products for customers on-site. Prior to working with MerchantAnywhere, we would take credit cards, but would have the customer right there information down on their order form and sign it. This often led to incorrect information and then trying to track them down to get payment after the fact. Often the telephone number was also wrong, so we lost the money, while they already had the merchandise. MerchantAnywhere has a very unique system that lets us use a PDAPhone and their swiper/printer to process the credit card wirelessly. No more lost money, and the customers are very impressed with the system. It gives them a high degree of confidence in dealing with us and that leads to them buying more from us. MerchantAnywhere is great to deal with and whenever I've had a problem, they were easy to reach by phone and helped us right away. There system is a great value if you need to process credit cards while on the road. Highly recommended!
