RapipFax is terrible. I had been using them for years and suddenly received a message stating that I had received a fax - from a client- which needed my personal review and was unable to retrieve the fax.
RapidFax auto response stated that they wanted me to update my credit card on the system (same exact card they have been using for the past year - no change - used daily without issue.
I was unable to reach anyone in person to assist - RapidFax voicemail gives only an automated rote response as to how to correct the problem on line - the on-line system continued to fai EVEN ON ANOTHER COMPUTER AND EVEN WITH A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD.
I then sent then an e-mail... which is supposed to have a 24 hr response and the first response was the 18th of January - from the 14th!
The e-mail sent states my account is past due and yet my credit card company noted that they actually took their payment on the 14th of January - guess not a problem afterall - so why this response!!! Obviously whomever sent the e-mail was clueless.
Terrible Service!!! Do not use for Business -NOT ACCEPTABLE TURN AROUND TIME!!! CAN'T EVEN ADMIT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. SHAME ON THEM.
