I went online and requested that my account be closed, NOT only was it not closed, but I was billed again. When I tried to call the customer service line, I was sent to some call center in India, the people did not understand English. When I tried to explain to the wench who answered, she would not even listen and when I got mad, she hung up the phone. I had to call back and finally convince the second girl to give me to someone who was supposedly a supervisor. But before she did, she goes, ohh you have an outstanding balance of 16 and whatever and I said ohh hell no I do not. You just took the money out of my account and I cancelled this service a month ago.
I think its time they bring the work back to America where it can be done correctly.
This company has not been very timely in cancelling nor do they have efficient or friendly customer service.
