Absolute worst Phone/Fax company around!! They cannot deliver on contracted services and still bill for them. Customer service, if you can call it that, is routed to India somewhere and their "Level 2" support team is dreadful. I have had a trouble ticket open for more than 8 months and it still is unresolved (I cannot get text message notification on my AT&T wireless phone). J2/Onebox blames AT&T for the problem. Upon researching with AT&T, they state J2/Onebox has "no trouble ticket open and is not pursuing any form of correction."
The phone system goes completely down every 3 months on average and the fax portion fails once every 3 days. Legal action is coming very soon! Get out and get away. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP!!! RUN!!!
