Unethical company

It is clear from my experience and the other complaints on this website that this company operates unethically.
My experience:
Sep 2010 – I purchased a year of service & charged my credit card.
Sep 2011 – Trustfax automatically charged my credit card again; I sent an inquiry via their website, asking that they cancel the service and refund the charge. They replied, telling me to go to Trustfax.com/cancel to cancel, which I did.
Oct-Nov 2011 – I looked for a refund of the charge on my credit card statement.
Dec 2011 – I began trying to reach them by phone but was put on hold with no answer many times.
Jan 2012 – After a 25-minute phone hold, I spoke with an agent (offshore, with language barrier) who informed me that they don't issue refunds. The agent put me through to "level 2” customer service at my request, and she gave me the same response. When I asked her for their mailing address so that I could contact the BBB, I was again put on hold. I waited for 10 more minutes and then the line went dead.
Don't support this "business"!!!
