My company, Art & Logic, has been working with iTrain for over two years, building their web site. Throughout this entire process, I've worked closely with iTrain founders Sebastien Reant and Grace Lazenby and have always found them to be pleasant and professional. They are very customer-focused. They work hard to keep their site online and current, and they act immediately and decisively to resolve any issues that come up with the site. If a potential vendor to iTrain were asking me for my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working for them.
