ibuypower.com failed to give rebate

I purchased a computer from www.ibuypower.com and applied for a rebate for a part they sold. Five months later, I still have not received the rebate. After I called them, they said that I did not mail in all of my paperwork and they do not have the information
to process my rebate. The fact that they can track my order and the rebate means that they really do have all of my information. They refused to give me a refund after I called them. Do not trust them with the rebates. You will probably not get your money
back.
