Hi Michelle - We apologize that you were unhappy with your experience.
After seeing that your overall blonde color had been lightened to a shade much lighter than we can accommodate with our standard peroxide developers, our records indicate that we informed you that we would be unable to formulate a hair color that would deliver your expected results. Your order was subsequently cancelled and refunded, per your request.
While we never want to lose a client, if we feel you would achieve your desired color by continuing to have your hair lightened in a salon, that’s what we’ll recommend.
Again, we’re sorry if we did not apologize for being unable to assist you with your hair color needs.
