Won't let me give ZERO STARS--Card BS

I used esalon one time. I was happy enough with everything-maybe a bit on the red side but no biggie. My hair was in decent shape & the color seemed to last OK-but I definitely didn't want a 12 week rotation & said so.
So now recently after not ordering from them again I get a "we miss you" email with a big discount to reorder. I do nothing. Then the other day (2/13/2015) I got an email "confirming" my order & setting me up on a 12 week rotation. I promptly emailed them back and said "I didn't order anything!" They emailed me back saying it was a confusion & they voided the order which would come off my card in 3 business days. Well here's the f-ing glitch. They CHARGED it to a card that is a replacement card & it WASN't even ACTIVATED!!And I NEVER gave them or anyone else that number!! So how in the WORLD did they charge to it!! I am really angry they did this!! This is something you expect from those shysters that say they are calling from Microsoft & your computer is about to crash so you need to give them your firstborn to make it work right. I do not expect this type of BS from a reputable company like esalon!!! Like I say I couldn't give them zero stars. So 3 stars for color -I can get anywhere what I got from them. And ZERO STARS for piss-poor business practices!
