After receiving poor customer service from this company I posted a review about my experience. The owner contacted me and told me she did not want me taking classes from her. Since these classes are for work and they are the only training I know of in town I planned to move ahead and continue with the classes. She made it too difficult to do so and I finally asked for a refund. The owner refused to give me my refund, even for the classes I hadn't taken yet (totalling over $300) unless I removed my review online and stated in writing to her that I would never post another review again. She stated she gets her business from referrals and the review would be too damaging. This is blackmail. Even now I am afraid of the repercussions of posting this review on the BBB. This business is unprofessional and harassing its clients is no way to earn more business.
