Terrible service. I just returned home from a 2 week vacation offered by YMT. I had a death in the family and needed to change my travel plans, choosing to fly directly to the funeral rather than home on the last day of my trip. I called YMTs "emergency" line 5 times in 4 hours---they did not return any of my calls. I took care of it myself. Delta airlines said I would need to go through YMT since it was a group ticket. There was no representative on the trip. The only time I saw one was in the beginning of the trip when she checked off our names as we boarded the bus. This was a very stressful experience for me. There's something wrong when an emergency number is worthless.
