Horrible seller.
I Bought a New Zune 8 gig player on 7/19/2010 .
It stopped charging 2 weeks later .
I Sent 4 emails all un responded to .
I Finally called him , and received an RMA number 08192010A ( the RMA number is the date it was issued ). This is with-in the 30 day refund policy stated on his site .
3 weeks later I had to contact him again as he never responded to an email asking the RMA status.
I was told that he was going to have to send the player to his " distributer " who would have to send it back to Microsoft for further inspection , but that he did verify it was not holding a charge .
I was informed that all this would take about 8-10 more weeks.
I demanded a refund as I was unwilling to wait another 2 months for use of something I had already payed for.
He refused to refund and states that he has no more Zune Players .
Later I received an Email stating that I am only entitled to a 4 gig Zune as a replacement + an in-store credit of $30.00 .
I demanded a Replacement of 8gig or a full refund or fix my original one .
Informed him that he had nothing of interest on his site and that the in-store credit was of ZERO value to me .
On line policy states 1 year warranty .
Now he has my money and my player.
I have the emails to backup all conversations.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
