WOW Party Rentals is the worst business you can call for your child's party. They are rude, untimely, and unprofessional. Their customer service lacks consideration, dedication and no regards for customer satisfaction. A bouncer that was delivered to us was damaged and not usable. When a simple refund was requested, they denied it and when we asked for another one, they said we would have to pay MORE money!!! This company does not deserve any business!!
