I signed up with this company a few months back because a friend told me about it. The fee was $30 so I had nothing to lose. At the time I did it because my friend was into it but now I am glad I did. A month or two after moving in they contacted me because my house was in foreclosure. I called the landlord up and let him know I can lock him up for real estate fraud. Poor guy was so scared he hasn't came by to collect the rent, and that was over 4 months ago. I told my brother about it and he also signed up. I like this service. If you rent you should get it.
