Couldn't have had a better experience, at least I don't think so :-D
They replaced every window in our house and installed a new sliding door. They came in with a crew of about 8 guys and in about 6 hours they were gone. They gave us a lifetime of service, anything that goes wrong they'll stand behind. They even came out to teach my elderly Mom how to open the locked window (she wouldn't hear it from me!).
I can't imagine ever needing new windows in this house again but obviously, if we ever move to a new home, they'll be at the top of my "use again" list.
Thank you WinDor for doing such an excellent job for us. It's refreshing to be able to trust a contractor for a change.
