Under investigation for fraud? Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Fast talker and never did what he said. I was hesitant to work with him after the first time but the lender said he had straightened out. He did send me a check about a month ago and then I started doing even more appraisals. Then I get an email about a Ch 7 bankruptcy. Goodbye to bad rubbish.
