BEWARE OF WESTSIDE APPRAISAL. We worked for them in March, he has promised and promised the check is going out, was a multi and reinspection and trip fee. He even went so far as to give us a check number. I have all of this in writing from his emails. Now will not take calls or answer emails. I have spoken to one agency in CA... they told me that although they are not a collection agency, they are very familar with WESTSIDE APPRAISAL and this actually may be able to be filed as criminal and not civil, due to the fact that he has been doing this for so long and is STILL doing it and so many are involved. So even if he is going under, we may still be able to get the AG to look at this, if there are enough complaints. Also, the agency said that in addition to the CA AG, we should notify our own state boards so that they can possibly revoke his permits/license in our states. We can not let him get away with this. As a group, if we all file complaints at the same time, it may be more of an attention getter.
