I am an appraiser and received an order from this management company. I completed the order and turned the report into them in January of 2011. As of today, June 2nd, I have not received payment from this company nor will anyone return my phone calls. I highly recommend that any appraiser receiving an order from this company get paid up front or do not accept any orders from this company.
