I had a water damage after 10 years with company. Claim adjuster John McLaughlin was easy to deal with and answered promptly any concerns. Settlement was what I expected. Do not know what future holds with company--it seems all insurance companies are quick to get rid of you if you had a claim--but I will know in a couple of months. This is mostly to commend their adjustor for the handling
