First of all DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. We are a church in Northern Ca. We lost our Rector amost a year ago. As webmaster I was incharge of updating the website. First of all, it was extremely hard to reach this company by phone, when I was able to speak to a live person, they were extemely rude and unwilling to listen, much less resolve my problems. We decided to host our website with another company. They contuned to charge us. They told me it was because it was their "policy" for not canceling 30 days prior the contract date. The person that signed the contract was no longer at our church, he was gone, so I had no idea of any contract and Webcounty would not supply me with any information. I had to track down our long gone Rector to get him to wirte a letter and on top of that they still charged us for the current year even though we were not using their service. Needless to say I spend numerous hours dealing with a situation that should have taken minutes. I have many years experience working with different ISPs, and Hosting companies, but I have NEVER had such a nightmare experience such as this. My advise is stay away from this company.
