I bought a 3 piece sectional in April of 2008. December of 2008 two of the recliners pull cords broke. Luckily, so I thought, I bought the 5 year warranty. I got the run around, to no surprise. It is now December of 2009 and my recliners are still broken. Between Warehouse Furniture and Montage Furniture Services I have made many calls, sent emails and faxes, no one ever got back to me and when I did get a hold of someone they never seemed to know what was going on. I will never shop there again nor advise any one else to shop there. Worst customer service I have ever received.
