I have never written a review before but I have to commend Dash Z Racing for their GREAT customer service! My boyfriend, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force, has a 2001 Honda Prelude that he truly loves. While he was deployed, I ordered fog lights as a surprise gift for him. When he returned a few months later, he installed the lights and discovered that the switch was bad. Disappointed, I contacted Dash Z Return department to see if I could order a replacement switch. Their customer service not only sent out a replacement switch at no extra charge but we received it almost immediately. Their responsiveness to my email and their commitment to finding the right replacement switch for his lights meant a lot to me. My boyfriend and I were both impressed that even though their supplier would no longer warranty the product due to it passing the warranty date, Dash Z Racing still covered it. We will definitely order from them in the future!
