They actually deserve ZERO stars; they no longer have the magazine at the store they promised and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never sign up a contract again before doing some research on the company, I wish I knew how many people are upset with them. I have been calling them and no one ever answers, left messages for the last 6 weeks and finally got connected to someone on the "Customer Service Department", she actually said to me that I need to wait for them to call me back and when I asked "Why? I'm already talking to you!" She just hung up.
The operator is the only nice person in the company, I'm sure she hears people like me complaining to her all the time, since she is the only one who actually gets to answer the phone.
I managed to speak with 3 different people on the last week and no one is willing to help me. This magazine really sucks.
No paying them any more money.
