I have been a distributor of the gas 3 for 1 program for 6 months. It did take almost 10 weeks to get my first cards (they state 12 weeks in their ads). Once I started to receive the cards they worked as advertised. I know some people complain about the waiting period and I wish it was shorter but they did fulfill their obligation so I have no real complaint.
