Lost my phone again. While in SLO I stopped by Univer-Cell to see what my options were. Josh was able to upgrade my phone to a Droid 2 and get my wife one for free. No hard sell. No BS. I had two small kids with me so I was looking to get in and out. He setup our phones and away we went. Took 30 minutes. When I got home I shopped around and Josh gave me a good deal. But it was the customer service that made me write the review.
