As a general contractor, dealing with subcontractors and suppliers for over 20 years, I know how important service and follow through are. Josh at Univer-Cell, is incredibly service oriented. I have bought numerous phones for my business and family over the last few years and Josh makes it his priority to meet the particular needs of each family member. He is ALWAYS available to help with anything from the most complex of issues regarding the phone or network, right down to walking us through even the silliest of issues that we have on learning a new phone...every time. Josh is a perfect example of service that keeps you loyal to a specific business!
