I joined this company over a year ago, and reached payout & requested my pay I received it within 2 weeks both times, now on my 3rd payment [since the new look] I have been ignored & not paid the funds they owe me. I do NOT think this company deserves to keep duping the clients they are sending out the surveys for into believing they are a reliable professional business. My surveys have always approved & have not had any reverse in all this time, I give honest, sincere thoughtful answers. I believe I should be treated with the same respect & honesty not scammed. I have filed a complaint with the bbb if they stay a member very much longer I will be greatly surprised
