I have been taking surveys for a while now with a site called Focusline Surveys.com. They have the BBB accredited business logo posted on the bottom of their website but when I come to this site and tried to look them up by their url or name it's not found. So now I clicked on the BBB logo and came to this company called United Sample Inc. So I wonder if they are one in the same company or did they just 'borrow' the bbb logo to make themselves look legit.
Anyway, I was thinking about entering a complaint because I now question if they are a true and respectable company. It seems that I was able to take surveys and my reward amount is now around $23.00 with the payout amount being $25.00 or more. Since I have come close to them actually giving me money not only do I no longer qualify for the surveys posted in my dashboard, it's taking too long to approve what's pending and now I'm getting invalid due to incorrect responses. Incorrect responses??? I know that I have been providing the same standard information and have been answering the surveys to the best of my ability so I think this is on purpose. I'm wondering if they will ever approve the pending as valid to push me up to the cashout amount or will they now jerk me around to keep from having to actually give me cash. For now I'm not going to take any more of their surveys and if I don't get approved for the remaining pending surveys then I will file a complaint for sure.
In looking at the responses posted here I don't see anyone speaking of Focusonline so I question their validity. Has anyone been on this site?
