Is about NetZero: You innocently sign-up for their sevice. You contact them within 30-days for tech support & find out they charged your credit card. Although their policy states free tech support service for new customer within the first 30-days of service. When I contacted their tech team I was sure toask them if I was going to be billed for this call and after they verified that I was a new customer, I proceeded with my concern (which was I was able to activate their service on my computer.) When I reviewed my bank account and saw the charge I called Netzero to get it resolved. I was inform that I will need to email their tech department to have the fees reversed. Upon them many acknowledgeing that they owe my $ & many emails back & forth to them during the month of April & even after submitting a complaint via BBB, I am still waiting for my refund of $12.94 & it is May 2009.
