Consumers beware. I paid ULG $1900 to modify my mortgage and they failed to do so. Of course they were unwilling to give me my money back due to processing fees? I received a call a few weeks later asking me to pay $4000 to save my home by filling for bankruptcy! Get the F outta here! Their entire scam is to see how much they can get out of vulnerable home owners and it's so sad. There are so many so called companies out there taking advantage of people while they are down. A couple weeks after I so nicely declined the offer to file for bankruptcy they called and asked if I needed a storage? I laughed, gave a few choice words and hung up. I doubt they'll call back this time. I have since worked things out with my lender after a year of dealing with ULG.
