To All Insurance Agents...this company is a total rip-off. I am a 34 year veteran of this business and this company is a theif paradise. Everything I post here is factual, provable, and I will name names, Stephan Wells, a salesman who will tell you the leads are fresh, double verified, and for mortgages. THEY ARE NOT! tHEY ARE OLD INTERNET INQUIRIES FROM 6 MONTHS AGO!!!They don't send the leads "til the check clears", they don't allow credit cards(for appeal purposes) and they will RAID YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT, EVEN IF YOU CANCEL!!! When you call back, the "salesman" will be unavailable, always. You will get to a manager, Carol Rosen, who will tell you, "gee, you're stupid for believing the salesman to start with"(actual sentence she used). She will tell you "you will get a refund"...it never comes...call back, get to Crystal, the "real manager", soft talking accomplice, she will tell you they have fired a bunch of people and you will get your refund...NEVER COMES! 21 phone calls later...their phones are disconnected and new phone numbers in place...Same group, different numbers. They are liars, cheats, and if Karma exists they will get theirs. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY HAVE THE CHEAT DOWN TO A SCIENCE. I have the conversations recorded, this is all true, and I challenge anyone to confront me! THEY GOT ME FOR $2,400 AND I BET THEY CHUCKLE. I CAN AFFORD IT, BUT THEY WILL GET THEIRS...BE WARNED FELLOW AGENTS!
