I am dissatisfied with this company's service. They did not abide by the guarantees they spelled out on the invoice that was signed by me and them. They promised exclusive applicants who are scrubbed twice for accuracy. From speaking with the prospects that I was able to reach, none of them were exclusive to me or scrubbed and none were expecting a call from me as was also guaranteed. Also guaranteed was that the company would replace 100% of the intial order and only half of my intial order of leads was replaced and when trying to reach them, the company has not returned my multiple phone calls and emails for weeks. Also guaranteed was that the applicants would meet certain criteria set by me which was printed on the invoice. None of the prospects sent to me met my criteria. This company is scamming people out of their money not delivering on their guarantees.
