I ordered my 4 inflatables and they showed up on time but the truck didnt have a lift so we had to figure out how to unload them, that was a eventful afternoon. I did have a problem with one of my bounce seam coming apart after a year in use so I called and they had me ship it back to them they fixed it no shipping cost etc. It was part of the 3 warranty. Customer service was great. Thank you all so much. When I purchase any more I will be getting them here.
