If anyone wants to do business with this company, please make sure you read every single line in the term and conditions and make sure which charges will apply to your contract. If you don't read it, you will end up paying for alot of charges you are not awared off. The customer service representative doesn't tell you about those charges when you sign up.
There is the annual fee $125 which other merchant services don't charge you. If you are using the wireless terminal, there is a wireless termination fee of $95 if you terminate your contract. There is a cancellation fee of $295 if you cancel within a year or $195 if you cancel after a year. There are all kind of fees in the terms and conditions. When you call and complain, they said everything are stated in the term and conditions. So you will end up being more frustrated & headached and you wish you will never do business with this company.
If the customer service representative tells us what we will be paying, we will not sign up with them at all. We have been with Wells Fargo and some other companies and this is the first time we feel so frustrated with all kinds of charges we end up paying for when we terminate our contract.
So just look and compare carefully when you choose a company that provide you the credit card merchant services.
