OK, Ron from US Bankcard Services was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to try to resolve the issue for me. It could have gone either way. But in light of good customer service. He has decided to credit me the fee that was charged, and yes, money is in the bank.
With people like Ron in management, I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
