Like many other business owners, I consider credit card processing fees to be a necessary evil. I don’t usually have time to look into my statements in detail, but had an approximate idea of the percentage of fees I was paying. After switching to US Bankcard, what I noticed right away was that the reps here actually will take the time to educate me on how the fees are calculated, and ways that I can reduce those fees just by making small changes. Now I know how to better train my employees on the correct ways of accepting credit cards, and the savings that I see on my statements really add up.
