I have been processing with this company for years! Sure there was some rocky times, but every time there was a problem, their customer service would always minimize it and take care of it right away. One time my machine was acting up, and i am no good
with electronics so i called in. US Bankcard Services had a tech come out the same day to fix it for me, just in time to take care of the Lunch Rush. They also continue to follow up, and update me whenever there is a change, such as being PCI Compliance. They
really made sure I was always secured and ready to go! I definitely recommend them to everyone.
