Dishonest practices

Our business signed on with US Bankcard Services, Inc. In August of 2011. We signed a contract that stated NO membership fee. At the time it was $55.00 and Kevin the salesman told me to cross it off, sign it and fax it back which is what I did.
Then in January we were charged $95 membership fee. I called and talked with our salesman who said he would forward it to accounting. I have talked with a person named Jared several times and I always get the same excuse it is in accounting and they only refund at the beginning of the month. It has been 3 months now and still have not received a reply or a refund.
