I had a very bad experience with this company. We used them to settle our debt and I ended up making most of the phone calls to the creditors and doing all the leg work myself. They do nothing as far as contacting your creditors unless you stay on top of them. We had 4 accounts that they were to settle and they only settled one without my assistance and this creditor had to actually call them. I was contacted by Bank Of America who stated that they had to contact them and now could not get the check by the date that they were promised. This started me to stay on top of things. In fact, the last account, I settled without them and all they had to do was provide me with a fax number so they could look over the settlement letter and release a check to them. Mary Pujol was handling our account and I had to leave at least 10 messages for her with no return call asking her if she had received the fax. She still never returned the call even after I called her main line and the main line to the office. I was even hung up on at least three times because I guess they have caller ID and got tired of me calling. If I had known then what I know now I would have dealt directly with the creditors myself and avoided the frustration of dealing with Simon and Bocksch and saved thousands of dollars for the huge fee that we were charged that I feel was not earned. Save your money and work with the creditors yourself. Also, I do not know who this person is that answers the phone and states that her name is Angie but she is not very helpful.
