This firm saved my life. Perhaps a bit dramatic but I really feel that way. Admittedly I was a bit confused when I signed up with THE DEBT ANSWER for the debt settlement program and it took several explanations from the very helpful staff at Simon and Bocksch for it to finally sink in how it really worked. I started out wanting an instant miracle but I eventually realized that was not what was going to happen. As one of the attorneys put it - debt settlement is not a "get rich quick scheme" (in this case a get out of debt quick scheme) but a painful process that takes patience and determination. After all it took years to get into debt, I wasn't to get out of debt over night. The result though is freedom from that horrible crushing debt and the amazing sense of relief that has given me. Believe me when I say it was tough - I mean I wanted to give up plenty of times but in the end I saved so much money and with their help accomplished something that I could never have done alone. I guess I could complain that sometimes I didn't get a response as fast as I would have liked but I realize now that i was so nervous and I basically wanted my hand held and frankly now that I'm out and debt free, I could care less! I'm writing this because I can't thank them enough. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
