Very bad customer service. Anything you request better call in several times. Do not be surprised if they tell you to take care of everything on your own anyway... Also, f you submit a complaint in here, do not expect they will worry about it at all. You will have to do everything for them angain. Asking for CSR supervisor does not help neither. Person named Mercedes hung up on me.
I ended up paying my loan off way ahead of time. I am happy not to have to deal wit the incompetence of TFS any longer. Sorry for all the others.
