This company has questionable business practices. I find it laughable that the BBB gives them a B+ and still lets them be accredited when it comes to handling customer service.
They never respond to a customer query in less than 48 hours - and most often they wait to see if you will simply go away. They have changed their phone number countless times in order to avoid the public from calling their offices to speak to anyone in person and in fact do not publish their contact number on their website.
I am going to tell as many people as I can about this company and I suggest that if you are reading this - you steer clear of TopSpin Media.
