This is the email I sent the company...they are a hokey outfit!!!:
I wanted to let you know I am extremely disappointed in your company. Most companies have something on the order page as to whether or not a product is in stock. Txx Gxxx ordered a bike and was notified FOUR DAYS LATER that it was out of stock and that it would be 2 to 4 weeks before one would be in. We needed it well before then. Then when we called to cancel it we were told that the manager "wasn't in" and would receive a call or email later regarding it. I had to call back because I never heard anything. When we called back, suddenly the bike might be in in a week. I said forget it. (I honestly didn't trust you guys.) Again, manager isn't in and we would receive a call back, which we did. The fact that you still charged us a 20% fee to refund our money is audacious...I feel we should have received a full refund as it wasn't OUR fault. If you don't refund the other $60 I will find EVERY review website I can and bad mouth you six ways to Sunday. Then when people Google Top Lowrider they will hear of our experience. I had Googled reviews on you and found nothing...that won't be the case anymore.
