I have received numerous complaints about Too Lazy LLC or toolazy.com. about unauthorized charges on consumers phone bills. A common complaint is a consumer contacts their phone carrier who has the unauthorized charges on their bill (Sprint or Verizon or whoever) and the consumer is told "We can't do anything you will have to call "Too Lazy LLC." Too Lazy LLC has never responded to my email messages or my letters and the phone number is not a number you can reach someone at.
This business was located in San Luis Obispo County but has moved to Palo Alto California. The secretary of state website shows an agent for service which can be located at www.sos.ca.gov/ -click on business entities, click on business search on left side, click on LLC then put in the name of the business. Print for future reference. You should file complaints with the Better Business Bureau at bbb.org, or you can file a complaint with the California Public Utilities commission. The easiest way to be heard and the one I refer people to is to use this non-profit, public interest consumer advocacy group which has done alot for consumers, UCAN.
They will help if you are receiving any unauthorized third party billings on your phone bill. For example: You have a Verizon bill with charges you did not authorize in the section for third parties. ie;Too Lazy LLC
Use any means below to reach the advocacy group.
Utility Consumers' Action Network (UCAN):non-profit, public interest consumer advocacy 3100 5th Ave., Ste B San Diego, CA 92103 619-696-6966 (Phone) 619-696-7477 (Fax) www.ucan.org Contact this organization. They are very helpful. I work for the District Attorney's Economic Crime Unit in San Luis Obispo. Good Luck! Check out the link from UCAN on this business "Too Lazy LLC" you will have to copy and paste: http://www.ucan.org/telecommunications/communications_technology/too_lazy_puts_unauthorized_charges_verizon_cell_phone_bills
