I received my monthly bill from AT&T Wireless with a charge for $9.99 for "text services". It was set up as a subscription from "Too Lazy LLC". I looked up the date which I supposedly signed up for this service, and it was back in February. However, I did not buy my Internet capable phone until July, and I never used the Internet on my previous phone because of its 1" screen. I have no idea how I got signed up for this fraud. Their website says they issue "text messages for your areas of interest" which means that they charge you to send you ads. I never communicated with them in any manner, and certainly never told them of my "areas of interest". What a scam! I will be contacting AT&T for a refund.
I must say that "Too Lazy LLC" certainly lives up to its name. The operators are too lazy to provide a useful, honest service, so they just run a con. I do not know if what they do is illegal or not, but it is certainly unethical.
