I recently purchased some paper from this company, and I noticed two charges of the same amount on my paypal account. Worried that I was accidentally charged twice, I contacted the company by email. The response was IMMEDIATE. I sent the emails at night time, and the next morning when I woke up, I had a response. Usually, with most companies, it takes 2-3 days to receive a response! I was shocked, and the customer service was outstanding. They understood my issue, and explained it to me so I could understand, and even took steps to solve the problem when they didn't have to. I was very pleased!
