In a nutshell: 4 things to consider about this company: 1. Poor Customer service. 2. They charge $150 a month for PCI compliance fee (most companies charge less than $75 for this.) 3. They deduct money from your account very timely, however your deposits can take any where from 3 to 5 days. 4. Good luck getting a refund from them, even in cases that they admit they made a mistake. And now if you want to read on, here is my experience with this company:
I signed up with this company in August 2010. After 2 months, I realized they were overcharging me. my merchant fees were very close to 3% on visa and MasterCard processing. When I complained, they told me my account was set up incorrectly and I should get a refund. It took 2 months and several emails and phone calls to finally get a refund. When I closed my account, I verified with them that there would be no cancellation fee per my contract terms. Again, trouble started. They deducted $495 cancellation fee from my bank account. When I called the Rep, he told me it was a mistake and he would correct it immediately. It has now been 6 weeks and No Refund. He is ignoring my emails and messages. Be very careful signing up with this company. If you decide to sign up with them, Get EVERYTHING in writing, especially if they promise you a no cancellation fee contract.
